purpose

The Service Resolution Consultant protects the Organisation’s reputation and minimises organisational risk by holistically resolving escalated issues or disputes. The incumbent drives service excellence through exemplifying the highest level of professionalism and provides accurate and reliable business intelligence, together with trends and data analysis, that enable improved business decisions. The incumbent maintains a network of internal and external stakeholders who partner in the resolution and risk management processes. Key to this role is ensuring the timeous communication of solutions, providing guidance and coaching on the relevant legislation and industry best practices and making recommendations to minimise future risks.

experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification – National Diploma in Banking, Risk Management or other relevant to role
  • Preferred Qualification – Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Law, Banking or Risk Management
  • Experience – Three to five years in the Banking industry with customer service experience
