Discovery Insure: Call Centre Agent Internship programme

This internship will help you acquire various skills and provide you with knowledge in various functional areas. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment after your 12 months with Discovery Insure.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and driven graduates to join our Discovery Insure Internship programme in 2019 in the following Discipline:


Call Center Agent Internship Key outputs:


• Conduct Inbound and or Outbound calls

• Respond to or communicate with internal or external customers on a variety of products and or services.


Specialization Categories:


• Query Administrator: Answer and resolve all calls received via the New Business Call Centre, in the investments industry.

• Service Desk Agent (IT): To accurately and efficiently log and action all End-User interactions.


Qualification Requirement:


• Matric / Grade 12

• Completed 3 year National Diploma in Business Administration or Investments or IT or Marketing and Communications in the last 6 – 12 months from graduation (Essential)

• No previous internship and or graduate programme in any industry or government institution

• No work experience (Essential)

• Between the ages of 18 – 30 (Essential)

• You must be a South African Citizen by Birth or by naturalization before the 27th April 1994.
