Education and experience:
- A+ Comptia Certification
- 1 year Experience in dealing with hardware warranties
- A minimum of 1 year hardware repair experience
- Customer Service experience
- A Valid Driver’s license
Required Job Competencies:
- Technical knowledge of IT hardware components and repair thereof
- Technical knowledge and experience of software installations
- Networking systems knowledge advantageous
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Sound knowledge of supplier warranty and repair agreements
